Pressure Wash, Wood Fence & Porch Painting

Description

Need contractor to pressure wash & paint 200' feet of 5' 6" high wood fence. Both sides will be painted so total with both sides is 400 feet. Also 14' of wood porch rail and 14' x 7' wood deck. Will require one coats of stain on standing fence. Two new 8' panels and one 4' x 8' sheet of plywood will require 2 coats of stain. I will furnish Sherwin Williams quality fence stain. Contractor to furnish all tools. Fence can be sprayed but porch will require roller and brush and possible 2 coats of paint.. I have attached pictures of fence and front porch. Paid cash at completion, I am never late to pay contractors. Please do not be late for an appointment to meet with me.
