Seeking the unique to create sugar free originals

Port Washington area guitarist, have been out of things for a while but am getting the itch again to create with other like minded. Primarily in playing DAW arena currently, just putting feelers out there. Originals with possible creative takes on interesting covers. Me personally - extremely varied I can generally listen to most (not a real fan of most pop)but my heart is on the heavier/ darker end of things but surely not exclusively. Embrace both light / dark, energetic to chill, simple to more complex... driven towards heavy emotional engagement. A few examples (although I hate to pigeon hole things): Amenra( just caught them last week in SD...incredible!), Russian Circles, QOTSA, Kyuss, Johnny Marr's chiming chords, John McGeoch's uniqueness, Rammstein, Sound Garden/ Kim Thayal, Bauhaus, post punk, post metal, New Order, Siouxie, Cash, Yob, Bowie, Pucifer, some Tool, some Cult, some Deftones, Refused, Odesza, like most folks the list could keep going. No live amps currently, but no problem in getting gear if the right group comes together. Can send YT link of past release. This was a long time ago and not what I'd like to create now. Thanks, KzB
