Local, Experienced Real Estate Investor needing to hire Clean Out/Demo Crew and/or Contractor(s)(licensed and/or unlicensed) beginning with 2 houses in Battle Creek, and then onto 3 to 4 additional houses (after tenants move out). Depending on what type of work we are planning on doing to these houses once we get into them and make our Assessment of each one, you will be responsible for changing locks, cleaning out, possible demo work, cleaning/clean up, possible repairs, paint, flooring, kitchen/bathroom remodel, etc etc and various aspects of remodeling work. At this time, we wish to assemble a crew for the above type work, prefer those who can (and are not afraid of rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done (and getting dirty along the way). As we typically buy the nastiest houses!! LOL but turn them into the prettiest houses!! Nothing much scares us! LOL. Due to our life's events, our business was on 'hold' for awhile, but now, we are "Back in the Game"!!! We plan on buying more homes, hopefully in the Battle Creek and/or surrounding areas in the near future. We wish to hire those who can be loyal to us, and we will be loyal to you. And those who want to grow as we grow our business again. Possibly hiring a 'Property Manager" as well, going into court for evictions, etc etc (along with the above work needed), for the RIGHT candidate!! We have 25 plus years of real estate investment experience on many different aspects of investing. We know what we are doing!! However, we don't proclaim to know everything and always welcome opinions and always learning new and improved ways of doing things. To be considered for our "team", you must be a Self Starter, EXPERIENCED ONLY!!!!!!!!!! (NOT having to look on Youtube on how to do something please!!!!) In most areas of home repair (except when it involves a licensed contractor: opening up walls/LVL's, electrical, plumbing, heating, etc) WE DO NOT TRAIN PEOPLE!! Sorry, we are just too busy!! Work well on your own, Be able to follow directions/pay attention to detail. Be HONEST and have Integrity. Show up to the job site when you are supposed to- we won't babysit!! Adhere to deadlines as much as possible barring any problems, Have OWN tools for the jobs- We do not buy tools!!!! Vailid Driver's license, OWN insured, licensed Truck/Van/SUV/Trailer etc...... (prefer not a car), Live in at least Calhoun County or surrounding areas (we don't pay for gas money!!!). Pass back ground check 1099 Income only!!!!!! Please do not ask to be paid cash!
