Looking for bids from an EXPERIENCED and AFFORDABLE person for these 3 things I need done at my home. I want to see references, etc. I will pay. 1. I want to replace or move my small dining room window out, to have a ledge inside, not outside. See sample picture. 2. I need to get my bathroom shower window tiled and to have that ledge inside. 3.I need some rubber roofing patchwork on my one level home over my garage area. I may add picture info for #2 & #3 soon.
