Benefits Upon Permanent Hire: Paid vacation Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer match up to 4% 6 Paid Holidays Referral Bonus (up to $2000) Discretionary Bonus Duties and Responsibilities for Mill Workers: Millwrights ONLY: install, dismantle, move, repair and maintain industrial equipment within the mill while also giving attention to various facility needs in order to maintain continuous production Operate saw according to exact order specifications with a high degree of personal responsibility Pull lumber via forklift in preparation to resaw when necessary Maintaining the Saw (weekly grease, oil checks, etc) Daily check on incoming orders to plan for the day Maintaining a clean area Skills and Qualifications for Mill Workers: The majority of openings are entry-level positions. Any sort of construction, maintenance, or forklift experience is helpful but not necessary. Job Details for Mill Workers: Temp-Hire Multiple Day and Swing Shifts Available! Wage: $15.00+ DOE
