Description
We are looking for candidates with baking and mixing experience, who have worked with large commercial ovens/ mixers.
Purpose of the baker/mixer position:
Prepare, bake, scale and mix ingredients according to the specifications and recipes of Mammoth Bakery.
Responsibilities:
1. Follow recipes to produce pastries and bread doughs.
2. Prepare and assemble unique pastries and baked good products.
3. Decorate and bake pastries and baked good products according to instructions.
4. Responsible for finished product quality and attention to detail.
5. Ability to read and follow recipes, use a measuring scale
6. Lift up to 50 lbs.
7. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Non-slip shoes
Schedule:
Work: Sun - Thurs
Time: Sun (3:30am-12:00pm), Mon-Thurs (4:30am – 1pm)
Off Days: Fri & Sat
Pay:
$18/hr to start with experience
