Description

Calypso is a very kind and loving 8 yr old Andalusian gelding. He is good with handling, allows haltering, isn’t spooked by vehicles or loud noises and is good with kids. Calypso will stand tied, stands for the farrier, and can be ridden (His hoofs need to be trimmed and treated first). He is a livestock auction rescue. We took him to the SoCal Equine Hospital for a physical exam and got him fully vaccinated. The vet said he is in good health, however he needs the laminitis on his hoofs treated. We want Calypso to go to a home that will give him the life and interaction he deserves. Re-homing fee applies.
