Lawn service looking to sub out

We are looking to sub out 35 lawns total currently in Pasco County. We do work for a company in other counties and they'd like us to handle these now with more to come. They are weekly cuts on standard size lawns. We'd like to find one company to take them all. They require pics each visit. Just 2 before and 2 after. These are not foreclosures. You can cut them when you want during the week. We get any updates on the weekends. If anything is added during the week we don't need to double back. They can be done the following week. They pay $25 per cut. Pay is weekly after the 1st week. These properties are already maintained. Occasionally we run into 1 or 2 that are not. Any initial cleanup work is extra.
