Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified Concrete Laborer with or without construction experience, we provide on the job training! Must be willing to work at any job-site location within the Front Range, Denver to Colorado Springs to Pueblo. We provide transportation to all job sites daily from the Colorado Springs shop. Primary Duties: Building forms. Setting forms. Pouring concrete. Fabricating and Installing Rebar Cages to reinforce the concrete. Concrete Placement. Formwork Removal and Clean up Requirements: High school diploma. Experience with concrete form setting and finishing (preferred) Ability to perform strenuous tasks with your hands. Ability to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials. Ability to measure accurately and read specifications. A strong sense of responsibility for the safety of yourself and others Ability to work alone or on a team A strong work ethic and a willingness to continuously learn Reliable Transportation to and from The Caisson Company Shop Physical Demands and Work Environment: Job requires the ability to be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, constant walking and climbing ladders and scaffolding, bending, kneeling, stooping, etc., as needed.
