Hyssop is a beautiful 1 year old, 50 lb Hound mix. She has the cutest face and loves to give hugs and kisses, especially when she first wakes up! She's very affectionate and eager to please. Hyssop spent some time in the city, but is MUCH happier in the suburbs. She loves to spend time in the yard sniffing everything and running out some of her puppy energy. She hasn't yet learned to come when you call her, so when it's time to go back inside, you may need to coax her with a treat- she'll do anything for a treat! She is so smart that we know she will catch on soon! She is fully crate-trained and sleeps comfortable overnight as well puts herself down for an afternoon nap. She has been practicing some commands, rarely barks, and is happy to entertain herself with a bone and / or nap while you work from home. She does wonderfully with other dogs of all sizes and has been good around cats as well. Hyssop might have an occasional accident but is mostly house trained.
