The Franklin Business Appreciation Celebration is sponsored by the City of Franklin's Mayor, City Council Economic Development Commission and Featured Private Sponsors. The event provides a valuable networking opportunity for the community's businesspeople as well as a format to recognize leading Franklin companies and their leaders.We are pleased to announce our keynote speaker is Tracy Johnson, President and CEO of the Commercial Association of REALTORS® Wisconsin (CARW). She has more than 20 years of association management and non-profit experience and has held roles as executive director for TEMPO Milwaukee, a business association for executive women; director of public affairs for the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra; and director of communications for an association of plumbing and mechanical contractors. Tracy spent several years with global manufacturer, Bradley Corporation, as well as a local advocacy group, Partners Advancing Values in Education. Tracy has served on a number of volunteer and professional boards and committees, and is very involved in community organizations. Tracy holds a public relations degree and an executive MBA with a focus in international business, both from Marquette University. She has been recognized by the Business Journal as a Forty Under 40 and a “Woman of Influence”. In 2020, Tracy completed the US Chamber of Commerce IOM (Institute of Organizational Management) program and went on to earn the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives. She also holds the RCE (REALTORS(r) Certified Executive) designation from the National Association of REALTORS. Tracy is a Milwaukee native and enjoys running, golf, and watching NBA basketball. She lives in Mequon with her husband Jim and sons Zachary and Charlie, as well as a Frenchton, Ruby.
