Caffe Vita has been roasting coffee in Seattle since 1995 as an independent & locally-owned company. From our beginnings at the base of Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, we now operate 11 cafes throughout Seattle, Portland, and New York. Caffe Vita coffee is always fresh, imported directly from the farm, and roasted on-site in Seattle, Brooklyn, and Portland. We are looking for someone to join our production staff at our Bushwick Roasteria – Title: Production Assistant/Delivery Driver Location: Bushwick Department: Operations Summary: Delivering orders from our Bushwick roasting facility to locations in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens and New Jersey. Delivery shifts are 2-3 days a week. REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Valid Drivers License Comfortable driving trucks in the city. Excellent customer service, professionalism and attention to detail Strong multi-tasking, time management, and communication skills Organized with calendars, contact sheets, and appointment setting Ability to work as a contributing and positive member of a team Display professionalism and enthusiasm for Caffe Vita in appearance, communication and manner of interaction. Ability to work independently while honoring team and company goals Read invoices and package orders accurately and efficiently Customer service and professionalism Strong work ethic PHYSICAL DEMANDS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Previous production and delivery experience preferred Able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. on a continuous basis throughout the work day Please feel free to reach out with any questions. ***Please include resume with repy***
