It's time for some BRIE. Learn to make, appreciate and talk about everyone's favorite soft, rind-wearing (do you eat, or don't you?), cow's-milk cheese. Kristi Slotemaker, owner/educator of River Valley Cheese walks you through every step of the cheesemaking process. Tickets include a glass of wine, a chunk of Brie to take home, instruction with lots of cheese knowledge, and some brie and bread to delight upon in class (courtesy of The Kitchen at BG).
