Description

ServSafe® is a nationally recognized program developed by the National Restaurant Association, that provides food safety training, exams and educational materials to food service managers. Food Service Managers who need to be a certified food protection manager. The Colorado Retail Food Establishment Rules and Regulations state that “at least one employee with authority to direct and control food preparation and service shall be a food protection manager who has been certified by an accredited program.” This course meets those needs. Class space is limited. Registration is on a first come first serve basis. NOTE: Class will be taught in English. Tests can be taken in English or Spanish. Colorado State University, U.S. Department of Agriculture and Colorado Counties cooperating Extension programs are available to all without discrimination.
