Pat Dixon is an American comedian, podcaster, and journalist who lives and works in New York City. He was a cast member on the reboot of VH1's “Best Week Ever,” and had his own half-hour “Comedy Central Presents” special. He’s also been seen on “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, “BBC America’s The World Stands Up,” "Gotham Comedy Live," "Very Funny Live" on TBS, TV Land’s “Best Night In.” In 2015, Dixon was the latest addition to Anthony Cumia’s Compound Media Network of podcasts and comedians as creator and host of the New York City Crime Report with Pat Dixon, a long-running podcast devoted to reporting current crime news from the New York City Tabloids with irreverence and dark humor. Dixon also appeared on Comedy Central’s “This Is Not Happening”, where he tells the story of an ex-girlfriend “Laura” who was arrested (and later convicted) for his attempted murder after following him to an IHOP restaurant with a gun and ambushing him in the parking lot. The segment has reached over 1 million views on YouTube. With over-the-top observations and surprising punchlines, Dixon’s interactive and fun style could qualify for an R-rating, however, his ease on stage and obvious respect for the audience take the edge off. While his stand-up is far from typical, his show can be enjoyed and appreciated by everyone from comedy nerds to casual fans, earning him a reputation as “A rare comedian who can say everything on his mind without pissing everybody off.” Nationally touring headliner and NYC based comedian Felicia Gillespie from Kill Tony and GaS Digital Media will feature.
