Cat in Need of a Barn

This is Yeti, he’s about 2 years old now. I’ve had him since he was about 10 weeks old. Since bringing him home, he’s always been very independent and skiddish. We have 2 other cats that are as loving as can be but he’s just different and I can’t help him. He doesn’t get along with other cats well, he’s an instigator. He’s escaped out of the house 3 times since June this year and refuses to use the litter box while indoors. I haven’t been able to get him neutered since he keeps running away. He obviously is not meant to be an indoor cat and needs to be an outdoor/barn cat. Please help me find he’s ideal home, I need help. Thank you so much.
