Great scheduling and an abundance of non-weather-dependent projects keep our crewmembers busy year-round. Our apprentice’s tasks include: Working alongside a construction crew to achieve project goals and meet or exceed client expectations Learning as much as possible! Career development is extremely important, we don’t want our Apprentices to remain Apprentices. Providing personal transportation to and from the job site Maintaining clean, organized, and professional presentation of work sites General knowledge of basic tools is needed.
