Groomer Wanted Looking for groomer who is ready to start his/her own business with minimum cost. My grooming room is for Rent - $400 a month. - Grooming room is the back room (remolded from the master en suite) in a Trailer/Moblie home - There is a pebble path that leads around to the separately keyed back door - customers enter through back door; separate from the living quarters- which is being set up as an Air-bnb location. - Bathing and grooming area has separation - Bathing area equipped with 2 tubs *1st tub for small dogs is chest high (to save your back) *2nd tub for large dogs is 18 inches off the ground (same height as the Houston SPCA) - Bathing area equipped with 2 options *Prima Bathing system *hand held hose end dispenser - Bathing area equipped with tankless hot water heater for winter - Grooming area equipped with Andis super 2 clippers - Grooming area equipped with Crates/crate towers - Grooming area equipped with a Two Crate Double D dryer w/2 crate attachments - Grooming area equipped with 2 groom table options Large & Small; including grooming arms & loops - Grooming area stocked with aprons & scrub tops - Grooming area cooled with 2 window units - Grooming/bathing area warmed with space heaters - There is a Toilet/vanity in bathing room (separated by curtain) - Large 4X6 sign space available on busy street in front of trailer for new operator/groomer information IE: phone number/hours of operation. I do not want to be your boss. I do not want to take a percentage of what you make per groom. I want to charge a flat monthly rate, you make your schedule, you build your business as it suits you. I will retain a key 🔑 and Use the grooming area for my personal dogs (I have a standard poodle I keep in a full continental show clip and a miniature poodle I keep in a Miami clip)- not to interfere with your work hours.
