Experience this Lakeshore Sport & Fitness vinyasa-inspired class of “breath connected movement” with an athletic approach, challenging practice that emphasizes breath, core strength, and concentration all done with the outdoor elements!
This class will take place outdoors on the rooftop at Lakeshore Sport & Fitness and will include skyline views. There is no shade on the rooftop and it's suggested to bring a water bottle and towel. PLEASE NOTE: it is required to bring your own mat.
