Celadon Partners is ready to cut the ribbon on Maywood Supportive Living, a 100-unit redevelopment project in Maywood IL, a Chicago suburb situated roughly 12 miles west of downtown. Maywood Supportive Living replaces the long-vacant and historic Baptist Retirement Home which was originally constructed in 1922. The new community, which is available for Maywood residents earning 60% of the area's median income, includes a mix of studio and one-bedroom apartments, a commercial kitchen and dining area, and will offer other amenities and supportive services.
