Job Summary: Express Employment Professionals in Bellingham is recruiting for Production/Packaging associates for a long-term opportunity at a busy warehouse in Bellingham. Job Duties & Responsibilities include: For Packaging: • Ensure products meet quality standards through regular line audits • Operating equipment and machinery • Ensuring machinery runs smoothly and cleanly • Identify and dispose of defective product • Checking to ensure packages are damage free • Maintaining a clean work station and observing all company and production floor safety • Following packaging production guidelines and specifications • Preparing for next production day • Record keeping • Dish washing • Provide training and educational materials to staff if needed For Production: • Monitor food cooking machines and make adjustments to the controls for devices if needed • Program kitchen equipment to operate according to company and recipe standards and make changes to cooking temperature and time • Load raw and wet ingredients into the mixer and measure the amount needed by following company recipes and industry standards • Comprehend written instructions and recipes from the company when putting together ingredients and starting a new batch of products • Depositing batter • Baking racks put into ovens at assigned temperature and times • Remove the finished product from the production line and push batches to the cooling area, in preparation for packing • Verify that each finished item meets the quality standards of the company by observing the size and shape of each baked product • Maintain a clean work station and observe all company and production floor safety standards • Record Keeping • Inspecting equipment • Assisting in the packaging line Pay: Earn $17.00 per an hour!
