Skilled carpenter to repair and do exterior siding and trim work.
Need installation of a couple sheets of board and batton hardiboard.
Repair / replacement of cedar siding where woodpeckers have made holes (probably replace with hardi?).
Increase the size of the trim around the front windows by removing a bit of cedar siding and fitting in trim.
Repair deck by replacing some old boards and screwing down boards with popped nails.
Maybe....replacing deck railing with metal and wire system.
Need experienced carpenter with all your own tools. Work can be done on week-ends.
