The goal of these seminars are to empower teens and young adults to manage their care with support from peers and coaching staff while ensuring standards of care are met and to provide culturally inclusive education about the management of diabetes during physical activity to all Forsyth County athletes, coaches, trainers and parents affected by diabetes.
