A deep dive for curious and committed yoga students who desire to explore the rich tradition of yoga in the company of like minded souls. Receive in-depth instruction to go deeper in your physical practice, understand the “why” and “how” of safe alignment and proper biomechanics, and get a taste of the diverse offerings of yoga that many times we have little time to explore- mantra, mudra, pranayama, meditation, and more. This immersive experience will be held together by the lens of grounding. Develop the tools to deepen your practice and weave it into your daily life for the benefit of your wellbeing and all those you encounter.
This training will be guided by Jenn Fast and Sarah Bruxvoort. With over 18 years of experience, Sarah and Jenn offer their broad expertise to help you refine and enrich your relationship with yoga.
Training includes:
Daily asana practices including: hatha, vinyasa, yin, restorative
Ayurveda for fall: understanding your unique dosha and how best to support yourself
Nourishing practices of meditation, yoga nidra, and breathwork
Mantra and chanting
Feedback and group discussion
Option for hands-on assists and some thai yoga partner work
