Ministry comes in all shapes and forms, from standing on the stage, to changing diapers, we all serve. God designed us to be help-mates and the desire to serve is by his design. In fact, on average, women in Ministry make up at least 80% of the hands and feet of the church... However, burnout and frustration are real temptations as we face the chaos and confusion of this current world. Gathering together to encourage one another helps us to guard our heart against the cares of this life. No matter the size of ministry work: from the stay-at-home momma, to the CEO of a worldwide company, to the local business owner, to the public schoolteacher, to the grandma raising her grandchildren, we spend every day ministering the gospel of Jesus to the world around us. Unfortunately, it's easy to forget to be ministered to in the process, and that is our goal with this gathering.
