This gathering is for anyone who is in ministry at a high capacity, especially in the 2nd chair (i.e. Pastor, Executive, and/or Director level). We're creating a network that connects regional Ministry Executives together, so your local ministry work doesn't feel lonely, unsupported, and under-resourced. Since XP Gathering launched in June 2021, we've seen a need and continued desire to create more spaces for Ministry Executives to connect with each other regionally. We have over 150 Ministry Executives engaged with our network, and over 55 Churches represented. As these times have challenged the church to stand up in One Accord, One Voice while staying Diverse, let's take a moment to show the world how impactful the Church can be if we intentionally worked together! This is our initial Phoenix Regional launch, led by Mark Hendrix, Executive Pastor at PureHeart Church in Glendale, AZ. (More information will be given after registration) - Social Gathering, on Wednesday, September 28th, 2022, we'll be gathering at Top Golf, Scottsdale, AZ. - Resourcing Gathering, on Thursday, September 29th, 2022, we'll be gathering at PureHeart Church, and connecting Ministry Executives in Phoenix to connect as peers, and build new relationships that support and resource each other. We have a guest speaker in Matt Engel who will lead us in a conversation on "CURRENT BEST PRACTICES FOR DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT".
