4th Annual Winter Wonderland DATES/TIMES:December 17th from 9am-5pmDecember 18th from 10am to 4pmFUNDRAISER:Salvation Army of Carlisle, PACollaboration continues with Salvation Army of Carlisle in our second year as we pray God continues to bless us as we continue to bless others. Together with our attendees we actively work to fill yet my SUV another year full of much needed collected items (listed below) that will be donated to the Salvation Army of Carlisle during the Christmas season. Those donated items will for forward to the families who need it most in the Carlisle and surrounding areas. We will be working closely with their office to obtain a full list of much need items for the event … watch for the update to appear on the Facebook event.VENDOR PARTICIPATION!!Vendor participation is simple … to participate in the 4th Annual Winter ❄️ Wonderland Vendor should simply send an email to [email protected] containing the Vendor’s Business Name, Type of Business (Crafter, Direct Sales, NonProfit, etc.), Mobile Number, and Contact Name and advise you wish to request the Vendor Contract for the Winter ❄️ Wonderland. VENDOR FEE:12 Feet x 10 Feet Booth Space = $140 INSIDE 10 Feet x 20 Feet Booth Space = $140 OUTSIDE Vendors may also choose an outside larger space at same amount. Vendors may bring small RV to remain on site overnight if utilizing outside space. FOOD TRUCK FEE: $200Up to 120+ VENDORS outdoor & indoor ... including but not limited to CRAFTERS, DIRECT SALES, FOOD TRUCKS, HOME IMPROVEMENT, NONPROFIT, BREWERIES, WINERIES, DISTILLERIES, NONPROFITS, & MORE. To request the Vendor Registration Packet please contact TriState Events via email @ [email protected] In order to secure your Vendor Booth, the Vendor Contract & Booth Registration Fees MUST be received simultaneously. ALL booth spaces are booked on a first come, first serve basis only. NO BOOTHS SPACES are held. NO EXCEPTIONS! FREE ADMISSIONThe Salvation Army is always in need of the following items ... we will continue to post items as we receive the list from the Salvation Army: new unwrapped toys, family clothing such as formal and casual business attire, other family clothing (men’s, women’s, children’s, and infant’s); jackets and winter coats; scarfs, mittens, gloves, and hats/toboggans; as well as shoes/sneakers, boots, and/or snow boots. All items listed above will be collected on site during the Winter Wonderland at the Registration Table and brough to the Salvation Army of Carlisle on Pomfret Street during the week following the event. RAFFLE TICKETS:TriState Events will also be selling raffle tickets which enable attendees’ opportunities to win amazing and fabulous donated baskets and prizes in our efforts to raise additional funds for the Salvation Army of Carlisle in our goal of increasing the amount raised over the amount we raised last year. CALLING ALL VENDORS!!!CRAFTERS, DIRECT SALES REPS, BREWERIES, DISTILLERIES, WINERIES, NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, LOCAL RETAILERS and ALL OTHER BUSINESSES including but not limited to POLITICAL CANDIDATES, BEST SELLING & NEW AUTHORS, and more!!
