About the opportunity: We are currently seeking a full-time Painter to join our dynamic team! Individuals with one year minimum of experience are encouraged to apply, this position will support the maintenance team as necessary. Some of the essential functions of the role include: • Paint vacated and occupied apartments. • Paint exterior sidewalks • Paint pool areas. • Paint exterior doors and thresholds. • Paint model Apartments. Requirements: • One year experience preferred. • Excellent customer service skills. • Positive approach and “can-do” attitude. • Willingness to work within a team and support fellow colleagues. • Consistent employment history and verifiable references.
