Meet Poong-ee, a Shiba/Jindo mix - aka Teddy Bear • Seattle, WA • Up to date on vaccinations • Spayed • Good with dogs, unknown for cats • Low - Mid energy level • House trained • ~ 2 years • 48 lbs Poong-ee, a dog meat farm survivor, has been under foster care in Seattle since May. She's a bit skittish but is a lot more relaxed around her foster family now. She is food-driven and loves to chase squirrels and sniff around dog parks. She is shy at first but opens up with time. She has such a silly/goofy personality hidden under her fear but you'll see her real personality that will bring so much joy and laughter to the family. The ideal family that we hope for Poong-ee will: 1. have experience with shy rescue dogs before, so understand it takes a couple of months before the dog shows her own personality and confidence 2. have a 6 ft fenced yard 3. have a dog that is friendly to his/her new sister in the house 4. have time to give a couple of walks every day 5. be ready to commit at least 15 years to their new dog and also treat their new dog as a family member.
