Know any good bass cabinet makers?

I need to have a 1x15 bass cab made for a Weber NeoMag15 configured as a D140F. This cab would be used exclusively for recording at low volume levels. I would like to support a local person or company, but would consider using someone from outside the local area if no one around here can do it. Note: I know that Mojotone is an option, but they don't normally make bass cabs, and have no experience working with this woofer, so I would have to supply them with plans for the cab, (which I do not have and am not qualified to design).
