Used but works great. This collar came with a Saint Bernard rescue. I'm fostering and decided to adopt. He was badly abused by previous owner. And was wearing the collar 24 hours a day with owner zapping him every time he moved. I promised him never again!! If you could use the collar properly I'm taking best offer.
