Young Shih Tzu Needs Forever Family

I have a healthy 2.5-year-old neutered male shih tzu available. Happy to provide vet records and/or AKC paperwork. He is potty trained and knows a few commands ("sit," "go to bed," "go potty," etc.). Why are we letting him go? He was a COVID puppy and my family got him when we were all at home. Not only is everyone back to school and work full-time. but unfortunately the kids have shown little to no interest. My Buddy is not getting the attention and affection he deserves. Please serious inquires only. Because he is coming with a 6-month supply of heartworm and flea prevention, crate, food, etc., we are asking $350. Please have someone who either stays at home or has another dog. (Buddy is very friendly and energetic around other dogs and children. He has not been around cats.) Also, a house with a fenced yard would be best.
