Looking for residential renovation projects that would be interested in swapping services for short or long term housing. My partner and I have years of experience in residential landscaping and remodeling, including a number of live in projects. Although it is not the best option for every job, it has been a huge benefit for many. Some of the benefits include but not limited to security for non-occupied residences, generally translates into lower project costs, and even a stream of income for non-occupied/would-be-rental properties.
