Job Description: We are a well-established Roofing/Gutter company seeking a full time Service Journeyman. As a Service Journeyman, you will be working in our Repair and Maintenance Division of AVI. You will be completing jobs making sure they are finished, cleaned up, and installed to code. Responsibilities: • Complete jobs under direct supervision of Service Crew Leader. • Communicate with AVI office on any issues with job. • Must be honest, trustworthy, and respectful. • Must demonstrate sound work ethic. • Maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties. Qualifications: • Strong Customer communication skills • 2 years of roofing experience in the following TPO, EPDM, Modified, BUR, Coating, Sealant, Gutters, Tile- Recommended • Able to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task • Attention to detail • Safety certifications preferred • Able to meet deadlines and handle stressful situations • Must have a valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean MVR • Must be able to work in the United States • Must be able to speak and understand English Job details: Full Time Monday to Friday Benefits • Health insurance • Paid time off • Dental insurance • 401(k) after a year • Vision insurance • Life insurance Please note we run background checks For additional info: 303-296-8551 Extension 138
