FOUND*9/2 Loveland, E 4th st Super friendly cat, Grey with white boots, very vocal and gives licks, there's no way he isn't someone's house cat ( pictures are terrible because he wants pets so badly and won't be still) Looks like a fixed male and definitely wants inside
