Maintenance and/or construction labor needed. No experience needed but experience is a plus. Supervisor will train. Benefits: - $15 - $18 / hour - Opportunity for promotion and salary raise based on performance. Working hours: - 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri. - Must be able to commute. Employment: - Pay every 2 weeks. - Full time / part time available. Requirements: - Two forms of ID - W-9 form - Insurable - Pass drug test Responsibilities: - general maintenance services including HVAC, plumbing, trash, painting, housekeeping, etc. - specific tasks include but not limited to construction assistance, painting, moving furniture, unloading, installing electrical fixtures such as lights and thermostats, handling materials, cleaning job site, lifting heavy object (40 pounds), etc.
