Guitarist seeking drummer for original music

Looking for a drummer to write with and get some material together before finding other players (bass, vocals, synth/keys or whatever else). My writing on guitar is very rhythmic and needs some heaviness sometimes, so starting with these two elements makes the most sense to me. I tend to like the innovators and fringes of the mainstream. Prince, Nirvana, Outkast, The Mars Volta, Bjork, Living Colour, Chris Isaak, Led Zeppelin. Musically I want to keep things somewhat simple and eventually be vocal-centered, but you know, play some cool shit. Just want to keep it tasteful. Unless we decide not to, that's fine too. I've got a lot of ideas and I'm hoping to find an experienced, open-minded, reliable player to hammer them out with. Playing in person is key for me, not looking to file share. I can travel or put money towards a space if we need to do that.
