These are terms that have been defined for multiple decades. You do not get to come along and try to redefine them with your doublespeak, to fit your political agenda. If you want to try to label Democrats as socialist, fine. There are certainly aspects of their platform to which that applies. Fascism is, and will always be, a right-wing ideology. Biden was not wrong when he described MAGA as semi-fascist, and it's truly about time that he did.
