Need Toilet or Toilet Tank Replaced

Toilet needs installed in very small bathroom. I would be ok just replacing tank depending on material pricing. This needs done today - already broken 3 days and I can't get the corroded rusted nuts off. The toilet has been in for 20 years. All was well until small drainage from the tank.
