This is an amazing and unique opportunity for the right couple! We are looking for a Co-working Couple to assist a casual, sophisticated, and fun family of four who live in Sandpoint, Idaho. This is a full time, year-round position. This couple will work either as a team or separately five days per week, and it should be noted that some weekend and holiday work will be requested by the parent. The ideal candidates will: · Be trustworthy and willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and undergo a full background check. There are no vaccine requirements for this couple. · Be polished, mature, and articulate with excellent communication skills. · At least one of the two applicants will have a minimum of five years of professional experience working with children ages 2yrs+. We are open to applicants from all sectors of the childcare industry, schools, and camps. Please note that the principal places a high value on having a positive, active, and engaging male role model in her children’s lives. Both applicants must love children and be happy to work as a team. · Have amazing references. · Be “givers” who, while on duty, will be 100% focused on the well-being of the family, highly flexible and easy-going. · Value organization and cleanliness, not above assisting with some of the day-to-day upkeep of a large lake house on a four-acre property. This may include dealing with housekeepers, gardeners and other vendors and overseeing some seasonal maintenance. · Be self-motivated and inquisitive, forming relationships with neighbors, teachers, coaches, and other positive people who interact with the family. · Be 100% confident and comfortable with light meal prep for three children ages 6yr, 4yrs and 2yrs. Must also be comfortable with a family dog and possibly other pets. · Want to work directly for the owner of the property always maintaining a warm but professional relationship. · Have a long-term outlook for this position, excited about life in a small country town. The principal will offer a salary to this couple and the couple might opt to live in a three-bedroom, three-bathroom home on a golf course. This home has a two-car garage and is located within 25 minutes’ drive (sometimes on icy roads) to the family’s home. The family’s home is a 4600 square foot lake house located on 4 acres. The property has two boat slips, and the ideal candidates will be interested in boating and water sports. The family does live in this home year-round.
