Local Producer/Processor is currently hiring for assistant cultivators, and processing crew. Positive attitude is required above all else. If you are a negative person, please do not apply. Also, please do not apply if you cannot be sober while working. We are an I502 tier 2 producer/ processor. We have a purpose built, state of the art facility, and are focused on providing, quality, consistency, and value with multiple brands, and products. All team members, no matter what position, must possess the following: Must be 21 years old or older Initiative, and self motivation Strong work ethic Team mentality, we are all here for the same goal, and we will get there together Ability to stand, bend, twist, or sit for extended periods of time. Flexibility with scheduled times, be ready and willing to switch tasks quickly, and frequently as production requires. Able to lift, push or pull, up to 50# Sense of urgency! Receptive attitude towards constructive criticism, and or positive coaching Punctuality, reliability, consistency Processing responsibilities: (including, but not limited to) Harvest, hanging product, takedown and separation of product, bucking, shucking, sorting, weighing, joint production, packaging, labeling, and cleaning, all with attention to detail, and a sense of urgency. Cultivators responsibilities: (including but not limited to) Watering, IPM, pruning, cleaning, cloning, harvest, plant health assessment, sanitation etc. MUST BE ABLE TO LISTEN, LEARN, AND APPLY NEW CONCEPTS, with little or no margin of error. Prior industry experience, trimming, joint production, packing, labeling, Cultivera (traceability software), garden experience are all a plus, and will affect starting wage.
