We encourage you to visit our website: RESPONSIBILITIES: As a fence installation Helper you will usually work as part of a team under the supervision of a lead installer on residential and commercial projects Install and repair all types of Gates, Fences, and Pergolas using a range of hand and power tools Work on aluminum, wood, vinyl and other type of fences You or the lead installer will review the job with the customer before completing the installation Remove old gates/fences if necessary Measure and lay out the lines of the new fence according to the plan Use hand tools to dig foundations for fence posts Frame and install fence materials QUALIFICATIONS: Required to have a driver’s license and be insurable by our auto insurance company as you will be servicing a wide geographical area Strong attention to detail and time management skills Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities Great verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving & analytical skills Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc Able to organize, coordinate, and prioritize multiple tasks Team player with a positive attitude, supporting other teams as needed BENEFITS: 401(K) Health Insurance Holiday Pay Vacation Pay As part of the application process, please fill out the CVI form or go to this link, & forward us the completed form and link with the results to 818-266-6930 for immediate consideration.
