Looking to build a local team for ongoing construction project in GASTONIA, NC. We need both general day labor and trade partners / skilled labor. A) General Labor Details Payment: Paid on Fridays with a check. Amount based on day rate and number of days worked in week. Tools Needed: Battery Drill, Hammer, Tape Measure, Screw Drivers, Bit Set, Knife, Pliers, Crowbar, Typical Tasks: - Demolition - Trash removal - Jobsite cleaning/organizatin - Hanging blinds - Changing door hardware - Installing Mirrors - Install vent covers - Touch-up paint - Caulk baseboard / shoe mold / back splashes / etc - Changing door locks - Connecting faucets - Etc B) Skilled Labor / Trade Partners Details: Payment: issue check net 15 calendar days from day invoice received. Trades Needed: - Hardwood Floor refinishing - LVP installation - Painters - Plumber - Cabinet installers IMPORTANT NOTE: We are able to provide all material, needed for each project from paint to flooring to shut off valves.
