Looking for Alameda County Landlords impacted by Eviction Moratorium

Hello, we are a small landlord in Alameda County looking to raise awareness about the plight for mom & pop landlords who haven’t received rents for 12+ months. There is a website called “Housing the Dream” dot com which is good, but we aren’t sponsored by any organizations. This site started off looking at Los Angeles County but now also covers Alameda County. We are looking to support each other and brainstorm how to manage through this Dilemma. We also have a website “Alameda (hyphen) County (hyphen) Eviction (hyphen) Moratorium (dot) com. This site has information that will inform the public about the Moratorium and suggestions to add exceptions to the Moratorium &/or why it should be ended. We believe there needs to be a healthy discourse between landlord & tenant and right now that doesn’t exist. Please contact us if you would like more information. Thanks!
