WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING • Schedule and follow up on all sales inquiries according to script • Generate sales appointments from inbound and outbound calls and emails. • Perform Customer service task based on current marketing initiatives such as outbound retention • Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the customer management tools. • Maintain inventory of office supplies and marketing materials • Assist with administrative and managerial tasks as requested • Maintain professional appearance, included adherence to dress code and desk standards • Provide mentorship, guidance, and coaching throughout the process w/ collaborative idea sharing • Meet sales goals on a consistent basis WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Effectively utilize lead management tools. • General office administration support. • Display ethical behavior while providing the highest degree of customer satisfaction • Excellent verbal and written English communication. • Thorough, accurate and fast-paced. • Team player that is comfortable with consistent coaching and training. • Ability to work effectively and possess personal accountability in a team environment. • Professional demeanor and appearance. Demonstrates an expert ability to follow up with superior customer service. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • 2 + years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred. College degree/education preferred but not required. This is a full-time sales position with an established client base.
