Handyman needed for small projects

Hello I am looking for a handyman that can do small projects. I own 3 houses that I rent year around and they need some up-keep. They are all 3 in the same neighborhood off of Hwy 24 - Near the McDoanlds (Hwy 58 & Hwy 24 intersection). One house needs a storm door replaced, one house needs some light carpentry ( adding doors on a shed ). The third house needs some minor roofing work. A part time person is perfect. I am not in a hurry and the work is flexible. I may join you, but in a perfect world, you would do the projects on your own schedule. Please let me know if you can help me. I will pay you cash and I will buy all the materials you need at Lowes and you can just pick them up. ( You will not be out of any money for materials ). Thanks, best, Paul
