**IMMEDIATE NEED FOR EXPERIENCED LEAD MAINTENANCE** Fossil Hill Apartments is looking for an experienced apartment Lead Maintenance Technician for our 200+ unit community in Haltom, TX. **Hourly rate is based on experience** Job Requirements: 5+ years prior supervisory experience (knowledge, skills and abilities) as multifamily property management Lead Maintenance is REQUIRED HVAC Certification is REQUIRED Must be able to effectively train and guide other service staff through the course of the work day.
