Embroidery Machine Operator

We are a Screen print & Embroidery company in Naperville, IL looking for an embroidery machine operator. Basic knowledge using Tajima embroidery machines is preferred, but not required. Embroidery Machine Operator Responsibilities: • Set up embroidery machines and select appropriate thread and material for each job • Sew logos, initials, and other patterns into garments • Perform regular machine maintenance tasks • Troubleshoot any problems that arise with your machine and resolve them if capable • Balance multiple projects without sacrificing efficiency Embroidery Machine Operator Requirements: • Previous experience operating embroidery machines. Tajima is preferred but we will train the right candidate • The ability to read and understand orders with instructions for embroidering logos onto garments • Ability to work with multiple types of fabrics • Ability to trim/fold and complete product packaging when required • Digitizing program knowledge to be considered for early advancement (Not required) Dress Code: Casual (come as you are, but please be presentable) Closed Toe shoes required - Wear comfortable shoes, position requires long periods of standing.
