Hunter Green Solutions specializes in residential and commercial remodeling and property maintenance. We focus on building repour with our clients and providing them with outstanding customer service. Since our doors opened in June of 2016, we have maintained a 100% referral based business model. We are looking for experienced remodelers with an eye for perfection. Position Summary Perform maintenance and installation work at designated location. Responsibilities include: · Complete tasks issued by crew leader (demolition, rough framing, drywall installation and flooring) · Clean up, protect, move material, tools & equipment. · Conform to all safety rules and regulations of the Company and OSHA standards. · Knowledge of operation of construction equipment (such as compound miter saws) on jobsites. · Arrive at work on time, at various locations. · Attend and participate in all required company training programs and meetings. · Conform to all company policies and procedures. · Other duties as assigned. Requirements include: · High school diploma or GED preferred but not required · Valid driver’s license · Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required · Must be able to work extended shifts and weekends · Must be 18 years or older and will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen · Lifting and carrying up to 120 pounds (machinery, drywall material and lumber). · Mental alertness and muscular coordination required. · Walking and carrying materials. · Using power tools (drill, impact driver and Sawzall) · Climbing stairs while carrying materials weighing 40-60 pounds
