ABM Day Supervisor for Janitorial

We are seeking a motivated, friendly team member who will perform general cleaning duties in designated areas in a school. Essential Functions • Will run and lead the shift • Perform work according to directions, standard procedure, and/or the established schedule • Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. • Operate and sanitize all assigned equipment in a safe and proper manner • Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices • Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities • Ability to work and remain calm and professional under potentially stressful situations to ensure guest satisfaction. Responsibilities • Various record-keeping and checking duties • Getting staff started for the day & handing out keys • Help supervise and train new employees • Help fill in when people are out sick if needed or buildings are in transition • Help detail clean buildings when and where needed • Provide support for our Project Manager when and where needed (deliver supplies, run errands, field emergency needs, etc.) • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Be available for other needs of our Project Manager • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook • Complete cleaning, safety, and inspection logs as directed • Ensure OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times • Performs other duties as assigned ATTRIBUTES WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1. Must be a detail-oriented, hard worker and team player. 2. Must be energetic and have a great attitude at all times. 3. Must be RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY REQUIREMENTS 1.Customer Service Experience 2.1 yr of similar work experience 3.Must have a valid social security number and authorized to work in the United States. (We conduct background checks & drug screening prior to your start) 4.Must be FULLY VACCINATED. 5.Speak fluent English. WORK SHIFT Sunday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm
